Wellhead Repair and Assembly Technicians

Shop based positions in Edmonton, Bonnyville and Fox Creek with an opportunity to work in the field.

 

Positions are available immediately and will provide tremendous opportunity for advancement
within a growing oilfield company.

We are an industry-leading valve repair and oilfield maintenance company servicing customers across Canada.

These positions are primarily shop-based in Edmonton, Bonnyville and Fox Creek but there is opportunity to work in the
field.

  • The successful candidates must have the following skills and experience prior to submitting resume:
  • Trouble-shooting skills are a must-have
  • Very mechanically inclined
  • Be physically fit and able to work long hours
  • Use mechanical and power vehicles (forklifts/pallet jacks) to load and unload goods from trucks, storage racks and points within our facility to compliment your duties.
  • Safely use hand-tools and various manual methods of material handling required in your daily tasks as required, requiring you to safely lift 50 lbs repeatedly.
  • Prepare orders and equipment in a sound, secure manner ensuring each order is safe to transport to ultimate destination.
  • Complete all applicable documents specific to your task and record all serial numbers and manufacturers’ equipment type to consistently and optimally identify outgoing orders.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly assembly area by keeping surfaces regularly swept, garbage emptied, tools put away and recycled materials dealt with accordingly
  • Able to work well with others
  •  Possess excellent communication skills
  •  Provide clean and clear D&A test upon hire as well frequently during employment

The following skills are considered an asset:

  • Oilfield safety tickets including H2S, First Aid, CSO, Fall Protection
  • Willing to work out of town in camp
  • Clean drivers abstract
  • Basic computer skills
  • Possess a valid class 3 and/or air brake endorsement

We will be offering the chosen candidates above industry wage based on previous work experience as well as employee benefits following the 3-month probation period.

Field Maintenance Technicians (FMT’s)

Camp positions on a rotation schedule. A valid class 3 and/or air brake endorsement is considered an asset.

It would be considered an asset if the applicant possesses a valid class 3 and/or air brake endorsement.
