The specialized SwivelHead allows operators full vertical access to both strings while in operation. This minimizes cost, reduces EHS exposure and increases operational efficiency.

The Professional & Technical

Our high-performance wellhead assembly is engineered for versatility and heavy-duty reliability, featuring a studded-down connection designed to interface seamlessly with various standard API weld-on tubing heads. Rated for 2,000 psi, this robust system boasts a 100-ton vertical load capacity and includes a dedicated coil port accommodating up to 2-3/8” coil. For streamlined maintenance, the integrated 3” NPT coil clean-out port provides easy vertical entry. To ensure longevity in harsh environments, we offer an internally coated option for superior corrosion control.

The configuration shown comes fully equipped with a production tubing rotator and a rod lock BOP (7-1/16” 2000# x 3-1/8” 3000#) complete with 1-1/4” rams, providing a comprehensive solution for modern extraction demands.
